What we do
Three business lines — commodity trading, infrastructure and property development, and structured finance — executed by one platform from allocation to final settlement.
Our standing in a transaction
Your contract is with ANF.
We hold the allocation and the authority to sell, we contract with our buyers and carry the obligations that go with it. ANF is not an agent or a broker for either side.
We Are The Seller
ANF holds allocation and the authority to sell directly, and contracts with its buyers as seller. The product documentation — the independent inspection certificate and the proof of product set — is issued in ANF's name, so what a buyer verifies is verified against ANF.
We carry the obligations
Each counterparty's rights are those in the contract concluded with ANF. A buyer looks to ANF for performance rather than passing a claim along a chain of intermediaries, and there is no party between the buyer and the one answerable for the cargo.
On some transactions ANF instead facilitates without taking title — where that applies, it is agreed in writing beforehand.
Commodity trading
Oil, gas and refined products sold in ANF's own name. Title, risk and the contract sit with us.
Infrastructure & property development
Project governance, cost control, PPP structuring, site acquisition and development management.
Structured finance
Capital and trade finance frameworks, non-recourse lending, performance instruments.
Facilitation
On some transactions a buyer and a supplier are better served contracting directly with one another. Where that is the case ANF facilitates rather than taking title, and says so in writing before any counterparty is approached. How facilitation works →
