Engagement basis
An engagement letter, with a success fee and/or retainer. Typical counterparties are banks, private credit funds, family offices and institutional investors.
Payment structuring within a trade
On a principal sale, the buyer’s documentary or standby credit is established and checked for workability before ANF commits product against it.
